"MOTORCYCLING IS MY BOLT HOLE AWAY FROM THE STRESSES AND STRAINS OF EVERYDAY LIFE". The Bolt Hole Biker.
This website aims to inspire you to improve your life, doing whatever it is you love doing. For me it is motorcycling, but for you it could be anything - cooking, skydiving, knitting, whatever it is that floats your boat! The principle is the same:
TAKE BACK YOUR LIFE AND LIVE IT!
A couple of years ago I found my life turned upside down and hit rock bottom, both personally and financially, but whilst down there I discovered what was truly important in life and have used that discovery as the inspiration to completely re-build my life in a way that brings me true fulfillment.
THE BIKES IN MY LIFE...
This section is all about the bikes in my life at any given time - the bikes I own, the ones I'd like to own or am considering buying, bikes that have caught my eye, ones that I have recently ridden or reviewed etc... It will be constantly changing and being updated, so keep visiting and get involved in the conversation. Let me know what you think of my choices and maybe suggest some of your own that I should try.

"IN LIFE, IF YOU DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING, THEN EVERYTHING STAYS THE SAME".
Planned trips and events for 2020
As well as all of my usual ride-outs, bike and gear reviews, vlogs etc. throughout the year, here is a list of the pre-planned trips and events that I am doing in 2020. I'm also planning on getting to as many of the BSB races as I can and I will update this page when details of any trips are known and also any significant ride-outs that I plan that you might want to come along to.
I will be creating videos of all of these events, so watch out for them as they appear, or better still, visit my YouTube channel here, hit the subscribe and notification buttons and you will be notified as soon as the videos are posted!

Dirtquake

Well, I have never raced before, or even been on a flat-track, but this year, at 47 years old, I am planning on getting myself signed on and down to Dirtquake to pop my flat-track racing cherry! Mid-life crisis? Maybe, but it's going to be a blast!
Come down and cheer me on!
